Wedding Flower Delivery Terms of Service
Site setup, decor, installation, and placement of floral items is not included in Drop Delivery Service.
Delivery
Floral Delivery Service will take place within a 2 hour window of your choosing. Service window is prearranged.
Please ensure that the point of contact you designated to receive delivery is available during the entire 2 hour delivery window to receive and sign for your order. In the event that he or she is not available we will make an attempt to contact you directly. In any case, we cannot deliver your floral collection without an authorized signatory to receive the order.
Cancellations and Refunds
Cancellation requests must be made in writing to info@flowersbyfriday.com. Orders cancelled up to 31 calendar days before the scheduled event date will receive a full refund less a $150 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and the reservation of your event date. Cancellation requests received 30 or less days prior to delivery (the "30-DAY WINDOW") cannot be guaranteed, and will be decided upon at the sole discretion of Flowers by Friday. In any circumstance, a cancellation request received during the 30-DAY WINDOW will not receive a refund of more than 50%.
Design modifications and additions:
You may modify your design instructions and remove or add arrangements up to 31 days before your wedding date. Design modifications and additions received in the 30-DAY WINDOW cannot be guaranteed.
Rescheduled delivery
Orders may be rescheduled without penalty up to 31 calendar days prior to the previously scheduled event date. The new delivery date must allow for a minimum 30 days production schedule.
Postponed delivery
Orders that need to be postponed more than 31 days out may elect to

Cancel service and receive a full refund less the $150 cancellation fee, OR
-
Hold the order without penalty towards a future rescheduled date for up to 6 months.
Postponed orders cannot be held for more than 6 months / 180 days. If the order delivery has not been rescheduled within that time frame, Flowers by Friday will cancel the order and issue a refund of the products ordered less a $150 cancellation fee.
Postponement and reschedule requests received in the 30-DAY WINDOW cannot be guaranteed.
