Wedding Flower Delivery Terms of Service
Site setup, decor, installation, and placement of floral items is not included in Drop Delivery Service.
Delivery
Floral Delivery Service will take place within a 2 hour window of your choosing. Service window is prearranged.
Please ensure that the point of contact you designated to receive delivery is available during the entire 2 hour delivery window to receive and sign for your order. In the event that he or she is not available we will make an attempt to contact you directly. In any case, we cannot deliver your floral collection without an authorized signatory to receive the order.
Cancellation and Refund Policy
Orders may be canceled or reduced up to 60 calendar days before the scheduled event date. Eligible cancellations will receive a refund of amounts paid, less a $150 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and the reservation of your event date.
All cancellation and modification requests must be submitted in writing to Flowers by Friday.Beginning 60 days before the event, orders are noncancelable and nonrefundable, and quantities may not be reduced. Additions may be requested but are subject to product availability, current pricing, and our ability to accommodate the change. If Flowers by Friday is unable to fulfill your order and must cancel it, all amounts paid will be refunded without a cancellation fee.
