Refund Policy

Orders may be cancelled up to 30 calendar days before the scheduled event date. Eligible cancellations will receive a refund of products ordered, less a $150 cancellation fee to cover administrative costs and the reservation of your event date.

Design modifications and additions:

You may modify your design instructions, remove or add arrangements up to 30 days before your wedding date.

After that point, we've begun producing your floral order and cannot guarantee changes. While we'll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests, it may not be possible. If your plans change, please contact us as soon as possible. The earlier we hear from you, the more likely we'll be able to help.

 

Rescheduled delivery

Orders may be rescheduled without penalty up to 30 calendar days prior to the previously scheduled event date. Revised delivery dates must allow for a minimum 30 days production from the date of reschedule.

 

Postponed delivery

 

Orders that need to be postponed more than 30 days out may elect to

1. Cancel service and receive a full refund less the $150 cancellation fee, OR

2. Hold the order without penalty towards a future rescheduled date for up to 6 months.

 

Postponed orders cannot be held for more than 6 months / 180 days. If the order delivery has not been rescheduled within that time frame, Flowers by Friday will cancel the order and issue a refund of the products ordered less a $150 cancellation fee.
